Join Head Chef & Meditation Teacher, Peter Brooks, as he demonstrates how to help us more effectively manage the stress of our times. His classes incorporate Tibetan singing bowls, Hindu mantras, and Native American songs. These sessions are geared towards veterans, but open to all.
A graduate of the NYU Tisch School for the Arts, Peter Brooks is a professional teaching artist, who is currently completing a course on mindfulness for American Veterans. Mr. Brooks has over 30 years of teaching experience, and currently serves as a Teaching Artist on the Maryland State Arts Council.
