Where did henna come from? The answer might surprise you! In this event, participants are taken around the world to explore the varied ways henna has been adopted by cultural communities, from medicinal to body art, over thousands of years.

Celebrate International Transgender Day of Visibility and connect with your community! Bring your friends and family to meet new people, listen to music and make your own pronoun pins. 

This month our Teen Advisory Board will be hosting Spring/April Fool's-themed Trivia Night, followed by spring-themed crafts which can be taken home or used to decorate the library's teen space!

It's easier than you think to have fun playing the ukulele. We start with the basics, and you'll be playing songs by the end of your first session. Don't have a ukulele?

We welcome houseplant enthusiasts of all experience levels to join us for an evening full of planty fun! There will be a brief informational session, followed by show-and-tell and plenty of time for questions and discussion.

Celebrate Earth Day early by making a terrarium out of a recycled glass container.  All supplies will be provided (while they last). Feel free to bring your own vessel and found objects to make your terrarium. 

Use our space to play board games with friends or make new ones. Bring your favorite game or choose from our selection including everything from chess to checkers to modern classics. 

Do you like doing the Wobble or the Cupid Shuffle? Come learn some more beginner soul line dances and discover a fun, low impact physical activity!

Each session we will meet to learn, experiment, and create with a specific art medium or technique.
