Take Our Customer Survey
As part of Anne Arundel County Public Library’s strategic planning process, we want your input on which services matter most to you, how you use the library and what new resources you’d like to see.
We have partnered with Anne Arundel Community College's Center for the Study of Local Issues to participate in their semi-annual survey of county residents. This survey includes a section on county libraries, along with questions about various current issues.
If you would like to take the entire survey, it should take you between 15 and 20 minutes to complete. You can take the complete survey here.
If you would only like to provide feedback on library service, you can take a shortened version here.
All survey responses are only reported in aggregate form as percentages. Volunteered comments are never attributed to a specific individual. Your answers are completely confidential.
The survey is open Friday, March 28 through Sunday, April 6 at noon.
Background: Since 1980, the Center for the Study of Local Issues at Anne Arundel Community College has been conducting county surveys to better understand local public opinion. Topics have been varied but include questions focused on county, state and some federal issues.
