Come and try Cardio Drumming for Fun & Fitness. You can stand or sit for this program where we will tap, stretch and move to music while drumming on large fitness balls. 

Through fun experiments and interactive demonstrations, young scientists will learn about light sources, prisms, and the science of rainbows!

Join us for some tie dye fun! Bring your own items and get creative! We’ll provide the dye—just drop in and make something colorful!

Learn a new skill: how to sew by hand! Learn simple alterations and repairs. Materials will be provided.

Bring your knitting, crocheting, other needlework and enjoy crafting along to a movie! Patterns will be provided for those who wish to knit or crochet items requested by Luminis Anne Arundel Medical Center. Non-crafters also very welcome.
