This supportive, judgment-free storytime is geared toward Preschool children (0-5) who have a hard time in large groups, are on the autism spectrum, or are sensitive to sensory overload. Space is limited and registration is required. Siblings welcome.

A modified Hatha yoga class focuses on increasing range of motion and mobility. The postures in this adaptive class take place either seated in a chair or standing while using a chair as support for balance.
