From Yeomanettes to Fighter Jets explores the journey of integrating women into the U.S. Navy, beginning with their roles in World War I and continuing to modern-day leadership. In her presentation, author Randy Goguen highlights how societal changes, military necessity, and the efforts of trailblazing individuals drove progress despite institutional resistance.
