Event Details

Fold a Soul Box. Raise Awareness for Gun Violence Prevention.

The Soul Box Project is a national art-based, community-building project to raise awareness of the U.S. gun violence epidemic. People across the nation are folding paper origami Soul Boxes to represent the incomprehensible number of gunfire deaths and injuries.

Join the Riviera Beach Library community in the calming, restorative activity of folding and decorating origami Soul Boxes. The boxes will then be woven together and displayed to raise awareness.

American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters are available with advanced notice for library-sponsored programs. To schedule an interpreter, complete this request form at least one week prior to the event date. For questions, email programming@aacpl.net.
