Program Description

Event Details

Whatever the weather, you can start your vegetable or flower garden now! A Certified Professional Horticulturalist and Master Gardener Emeritus will give the “ins and outs” of germinating seeds successfully. You’ll find out how to start your favorite veggies along with which flower seeds will grow into plants that can repel hungry insects and attract pollinators. With extensive vegetable growing knowledge, she will offer practical solutions to those problems you know will happen. You’ll receive good information whether you are starting your first vegetable garden or have been growing zucchini for years. There is always more to learn!

Hosted by Maryland City at Russett staff.

This event is part of the Maryland City at Russett Library monthly Virtual Visit series, where we hope to present topics of interest to adults. Join us on April 22 for The Mindful Art of Zentangle
