Event Details

Get your cameras ready, and join us as we learn about Street Photography - the art of taking interesting photos that record everyday life in public places.

Visiting a new locale is not just about seeing new churches, museums, and scenery: it is about interacting with new people. In his visits to dozens of countries, Rich Isaacman tries to capture the culture and feel of a place in part through his street photography, capturing both candid and posed portraits of local people whose faces reflect the emotions and background of their lives in places often unlike our own. In one hour, Rich will connect you with the daily lives of people on six continents.

This is a hybrid program. You may attend in person at Riviera Beach library or you may register for a Zoom link to watch from home. Dr. Isaacman will be presenting virtually.

American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters are available with advanced notice for library-sponsored programs. To schedule an interpreter, complete this request form at least one week prior to the event date. For questions, email programming@aacpl.net.
