The Maryland Prepaid College Trust allows you to secure tomorrow’s tuition at today’s prices and offers the security of a Maryland Legislative Guarantee. The Maryland College Investment Plan is managed by T. Rowe Price and offers a variety of investment portfolio options. Both plans are affordable, flexible, and offer great state and federal tax benefits! Presented by Maryland 529; all parents and guardians are welcome.
