Celebrate summer and "Exercise with your Child Week" with a Story, Hike, and Campfire at the North Tract of Patuxent Research Refuge.

This event will be held rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for walking and being outdoors. Geared toward ages 5 and up but the young and young at heart are all welcome!

Meet at the entrance gate:

Since the Refuge is only open to program attendees on this date, the Ranger will let everyone in at one time.  Participants must arrive at the gate by 6:30 pm - no access for late arrivals.
