Make art inspired by a picture book! We'll talk about the illustration, then create art in the style of the book using the illustrator's tools and techniques. Best for ages 8 and up.

For this program, we'll make art inspired by There Was a Party for Langston, a Caldecott Honor and Coretta Scott King Illustrator Honor book written by Jason Reynolds and illustrated by Jerome Pumphrey and Jarrett Pumphrey.
