Program Description

Event Details

The need for companionship and support does not diminish during the busy holiday season. Many of us live far away from family and friends; others are living with the loss of a loved one; and others may still feel lonely while in a room full of people. Social interactions help us stay physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy and make our lives more meaningful.
While there may be obstacles to maintaining an active and engaged life, there are also interventions we can utilize to promote social well-being during the holidays.

This virtual program is hosted by the Maryland City at Russett Library. Registration is required to receive the Zoom link.

This event is part of the Maryland City at Russett Library monthly Virtual Visit series, where we hope to present topics of interest to adults. Join us on January 28 for The Mindful Art of Zentangle
