Program Description
Event Details
An introductory class to the practice of Hatha yoga focusing on learning the safe alignment of foundational postures, common poses, the flow of Sun Salutation A, and linking breath to movement. A brief history of yoga and a short pranayama (breath practice) will be included.
If possible, please remember to bring an exercise mat or bath sheet.
