The Partnership assesses community human services needs and identifies gaps in service, then convenes a neutral group of diverse stakeholders to build partnerships and develop solutions, fund services for children and families by leveraging State funding and increasing local resources, and advance the Governor’s priorities of reducing the impact of parental incarceration on children, families and communities. 

Free service that connects people to rideshares and offers up to six free rides home per year for emergencies and unscheduled overtime. This service can be used throughout Anne Arundel County and surrounding areas.
