Shake up your cooking repertoire with this mystery ingredient virtual program. The experience is a little different this month: choose your own new-to-you ingredient from a local farmers market, then let your creative juices flow while preparing a recipe with the ingredient at home. Zoom in to share your dish and experiences with other home chefs.
