The Co-Conspirators love the mystery genre! Join us for a book club dedicated to mysteries and thrillers. This month, we will be discussing the Edgar Award book Flags on the Bayou by this year's winner James Lee Burke. As the Union Army takes control of much of Louisiana, a formerly enslaved woman is accused of murder and goes on the run an abolitionist schoolteacher. This is a story of tragic acts of war, class divisions upended, and love enduring through it all.
