Friday and Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm.
Open Sundays from 1 to 5pm, September through May.

Directions: 

From the Baltimore/Washington Parkway, head west on Rt. 198 less than 1/4 mile, then turn right at the first traffic light onto Russett Green East. Go past WalMart entrance, then turn left onto Russett Common. The library is on the left.

English Basic Skills

Free English classes offered by Anne Arundel Community College integrate listening, speaking, reading and writing skills for students with minimal English training. Please call this branch for class dates or more information.

Income Tax Assistance

AARP Income Tax Assistance for Seniors and Low- and Middle-Income Residents. 

Trained volunteers are available to answer tax questions and assist with tax preparation. Self-service electronic filing is available using the library computers. (You are not eligible if you earn more than $90,000 per year, own rental property, have business expenses or have a ROTH IRA worth over $10,000.)

Sponsor: AARP Tax-Aide

Wednesdays, February 1 through April 12 from 1 to 4 pm

The drop-in service requires no registration and is available on a first come, first served basis.

AARP Income Tax Assistance for Seniors and Low and Middle Income Residents Wednesday, February 1, 2017 - 1:00pm
Trained volunteers are available to answer tax question and assist with tax preparation for free. This service is only for taxpayers with incomes under $90,000 with special attention given to those ages 60 and older. Taxpayers who own rental property, have business expenses or a Roth IRA are not eligible. No AARP membership is required. This is a drop-in service that requires no registration and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
