Children will explore open ended activities and play by building, shaping, and manipulating objects to create something new. Curiosity and creativity abound, fostering the development of cognitive and functional skills.
LEGO® Build and Create Monthly Challenge!
We will have a monthly theme to inspire your build. This is a drop in program, swing by at a time that is convenient for you! We will have a monthly theme and Legos to inspire your build.

FarmUnity Spring Harvest Festival
Join us as we celebrate the planting season at the FarmUnity community garden! Bring the whole family for demonstrations, crafts, STEM activities and more. Hopefully, the strawberries will be ready to pick!

Origami Crafternoon
Celebrate Asian Pacific American Heritage Month at the Edgewater Library! Learn the Japanese art of origami, or paper folding. Make a simple paper crane or try a more advanced pattern! All supplies will be provided.
Homeschool Hangout
Homeschoolers of all ages can drop in to hang out for games, arts & crafts, music and more! Is it a club? Is it a course? Come and choose your own adventure!
Tinker Lab
Imaginative fun featuring open-ended, hands-on exploration of different materials & manipulatives. Get creative, messy, and inventive! Featured activities will vary monthly.
Slime flies when you’re having fun! Middle and high school students can compete in a scavenger hunt through the library with a slimy challenge at the end! Participants will discover the Edgewater Library and have a prize to take home!
