Special Exception Application Approved for New Library

On Wednesday, March 15, 2017, the Annapolis Board of Appeals held a public hearing on the Special Exception application for construction of the new Annapolis Library. The Board heard a presentation by Jeremy Kline of WGM Architecture (representing Anne Arundel County and the Anne Arundel County Public Library as applicants) and received public testimony.

After due deliberation, the Board approved the special exception application with conditions. The presentation and the Annapolis Planning and Zoning staff report on the application are linked below.
